2. Our services

Please ensure children wear appropriate clothing and socks where required. Any behavior that risks the safety of others may result in removal.

3. Bookings and contract formation

All bookings are made through our online booking system. A contract between you and Curious Little Ones is formed only once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings in accordance with these Terms.

4. Pricing and payments

All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any such changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including Square and other payment processors we may use from time to time.

5. Admission and conduct

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from our premises where we reasonably consider it necessary for safety, operational, or behavioural reasons.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving unsafe behaviour, abuse, or failure to comply with our Play Rules.

No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

6. Supervision and liability

All children remain the sole responsibility of their parent, guardian, or accompanying adult (aged 18 or over) at all times.

While we take reasonable care to maintain a safe environment, use of our facilities, equipment, and premises is entirely at your own risk.

We do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage unless it is caused directly by our negligence.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

7. Food, drinks & allergies

We operate a family café environment where food and drinks are prepared and served on-site.

While we take food safety seriously, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination in a shared kitchen environment.

It is the responsibility of the parent or accompanying adult to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering or consuming food.

We are unable to provide allergen-free guarantees.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for baby food, formula, or where required for medical or dietary reasons. Please speak to a member of staff if you need to bring specific items.

Food and drinks must be consumed in designated seating areas only and must not be taken into the play space.

8. Force majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to events outside our reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, extreme weather, power failure, illness outbreaks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Photography and marketing

We may take photographs and/or video recordings within Curious Little Ones for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.

By making a booking and attending our premises, you consent to such use unless you notify us in advance in writing that you do not wish for yourself or your child to be included.
