Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, especially with young children. We aim to be fair and flexible while protecting our business.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is successfully received and you receive your confirmation email.

2. Session Times

Please check your selected date and time carefully before completing your booking. Each booking is valid only for the specific session booked.

3. Refunds – 48 Hours Notice

If you need to cancel, a full refund will be offered where cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the start of your session.

4. Cancellations & Transfers

Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable. With 24 hours notice by email, we may offer to transfer your booking subject to availability.

5. No Shows

If you do not attend without contacting us in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund or transfer will be available.

6. Illness

We understand children get unwell unexpectedly. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to help within our stated policy terms.

7. Business Cancellations

If Curious Little Ones cancels a session for any reason, customers will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another available session.

8. Arrival Times

You are welcome to arrive at any time during your session. However, late arrival does not extend the end time or entitle you to any refund.

9. How to Contact Us

All cancellation or transfer requests must be made by email to the contact address listed on our website for processing by our team.

10. Policy Acceptance

By completing a booking, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy as well as our general Terms and Play Rules.

Memberships & Pass
Terms & Conditions

1. Weekday Monthly Membership – Terms & Conditions

  • Membership is valid for one named child only and cannot be transferred.

  • Includes unlimited weekday play sessions (Monday to Friday), subject to availability.

  • Membership does not guarantee a space at every session. All visits are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • Advance booking is required for every visit.

  • Weekend sessions, special events and birthday parties are not included unless stated otherwise.

  • Membership is charged monthly and renews automatically until cancelled.

  • A minimum of 30 days' notice is required to cancel the membership.

  • If you are unable to attend a booked session, please cancel as early as possible to allow another family to book.

  • Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in temporary booking restrictions.

  • Membership is intended for regular personal use. Curious Little Ones reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership if bookings are repeatedly made and not attended, or if the membership is used in a way that unfairly limits availability for other families.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Curious Little Ones reserves the right to amend membership benefits or these terms with reasonable notice.

2. 10-Visit Pass – Terms & Conditions

  • The 10-Visit Pass includes 10 admissions for the price of 8.

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Valid for weekday and weekend play sessions (subject to availability).

  • Advance booking is required for every visit.

  • Each visit deducts one admission from the pass.

  • The pass may be used for one child or shared between siblings from the same household.

  • The pass is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost, unused or expired visits cannot be refunded or extended.

  • The pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

  • Birthday parties, special events and ticketed sessions are not included unless stated otherwise.

  • Curious Little Ones reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary.

3. Founders Membership – Terms & Conditions

 

  • Membership is valid for one named child only and cannot be transferred.

  • Includes unlimited weekday play sessions (Monday to Friday), subject to availability.

  • Membership does not guarantee a space at every session. All visits are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • Advance booking is required for every visit.

  • Includes the benefits and discounts listed below for the duration of the membership.

  • Members receive 10% off food and drinks purchased for consumption in the café. The discount does not apply to takeaway purchases.

  • Members receive 10% off one birthday party package of their choice during the first year of membership, subject to availability, advance booking and the terms of our birthday party policy.

  • Birthday party discounts cannot be transferred to another person and can only be used by the named member.

  • Membership is charged monthly and the membership price is fixed for the full 12-month membership period.

  • Founders Membership automatically ends after one year and does not renew automatically.

  • Membership may be cancelled at any time during the membership period. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • Membership and all benefits and discounts included with it cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Curious Little Ones reserves the right to amend membership benefits or these terms with reasonable notice.
